Emily Quinlan joined Dogwood Health Trust in February, 2020, as an Impact Associate and was promoted to Impact Officer in April 2021. In this role, Emily works with the Impact Team to plan and implement Dogwood’s strategic initiatives.
Emily started her career as a public interest attorney in Tennessee, where she practiced family law, Medicaid law, and other civil law. Emily secured over $4 million in benefits for her clients who were seniors and adults with disabilities. After working for two non-profit law firms, Emily transitioned fully into non-profit management and worked for a statewide land conservation organization, where she led the organization’s creation of the first statewide land trust strategic conservation plan in the country.
Emily holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Georgia and a JD from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
