What: To ensure that the public has time to share their questions and concerns with the new Independent Monitor and to preserve time for media questions, Dogwood Health Trust is offering dedicated interview opportunities immediately following each community meeting. Affiliated Monitors, Inc. is the newly selected Independent Monitor (IM) responsible for overseeing HCA Healthcare’s compliance with its commitments set forth in the Asset Purchase Agreement (APA) for Mission Health System.
Representatives from Affiliated Monitors, Inc. (Affiliated Monitors) and Dogwood Health Trust (Dogwood) will be available to answer questions.
