# Tricia Wilson

Tricia is an experienced nonprofit professional with a history of working to improve outcomes for children, youth and families. Prior to joining Dogwood, Tricia managed the grant and membership programs for Women for Women *(WFW), a local women’s giving circle focused on improving the lives of women and girls. In her 5+ years working with the giving circle, she oversaw the distribution of $1.6 million in grants to nonprofits throughout Western North Carolina. Before *Women for Women*, Tricia served as Assistant Director for a nonprofit in Rockville, Maryland. In this role, Tricia worked collaboratively with public schools and community partners to expand tutoring and mentoring programs for hundreds of pre-K – grade 12 students. Tricia received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Georgia.
