Pennie Ewart joined Dogwood Health Trust in March of 2019 as Director of Operations with oversight of information technology, cybersecurity, facilities, and general operations. Prior to joining Dogwood, she worked at Mission Health System, a $2 billion integrated health system in western North Carolina. During her tenure at Mission, she served as the Project Manager to the CEO. Pennie grew up in western North Carolina and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mars Hill University with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
