Agustina Lotts

Agustina Lotts serves as the Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Operations at Dogwood Health Trust. Before joining Dogwood, she was the Operations Manager at Lotus Campaign, a national nonprofit dedicated to facilitating housing solutions for individuals experiencing homelessness in Charlotte and Raleigh. In this role, Agustina was instrumental in maintaining seamless organizational operations and driving strategic initiatives. Her contributions were pivotal in enhancing organizational efficiency, implementing key projects and fostering collaboration across teams and external stakeholders.

Agustina’s career includes providing high-level business management support to executives at renowned organizations such as Huntington National Bank, JP Morgan Chase and the Mayo Clinic.

Born and raised in Argentina, Agustina holds a degree in journalism and broadcasting from the ETER School of Communications in Buenos Aires. Her international background and commitment to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion bring a unique and valuable perspective to her work. Outside of her professional life, Agustina has a passion for arts and culture. She enjoys taking dance lessons, attending theater performances and spending quality time with her family.
