Brad Shore brings a strong background in facilities operations and team leadership, shaped by more than two decades of service in the U.S. Navy and his recent role as Facilities Manager at the North Carolina Arboretum in Asheville. There, he led the operations and maintenance of a large public campus, helping ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for visitors and staff alike.
Brad enjoys working in mission-driven environments and takes pride in supporting organizations that serve their communities. He is excited to join Dogwood Health Trust and contribute to efforts that make a meaningful impact across Western North Carolina.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, and appreciating the natural beauty and wildlife of Western North Carolina.
