Courtney Clarke

Courtney comes to Dogwood with a background in nonprofit administration and a passion for community-driven impact. She has dedicated her career to helping mission-driven organizations thrive. Before joining Dogwood as an Office Coordinator, she spent three years as an Executive Assistant at a nonprofit early learning center in Asheville. Prior to that, she worked as a Family Services Assistant at a homeless and domestic violence shelter in Virginia, directly supporting families by providing resources and assistance related to their children’s needs. Her early career began with AmeriCorps and NC State where she guided students from rural, low-income and under-resourced communities toward educational opportunities that fit their needs.

At Dogwood, she supports the daily operations that keep the workplace organized and efficient. She thrives in a fast-paced environment, finding joy in problem-solving and creating a comfortable, supportive space for her colleagues. Her role focuses on ensuring smooth office operations so the team can continue making a meaningful impact in the community.
