Jodi comes to Dogwood from her most recent experience serving as Director of Customer Experience and Employee Relations with Flake & Kelley Commercial in Little Rock, Arkansas, a 75+ employee commercial real estate firm. She also served as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Flake & Kelley Commercial. As an attorney, Jodi founded a successful estate planning and small business law firm in Denver, Colorado. 

Jodi received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado School of Law, an MBA from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business, and a BA in English Cum Laude from Fort Hays State University in Kansas.
