Arlene’s experience includes C-suite support positions at FCCI Insurance Group, a commercial property and casualty insurance company headquartered in Sarasota, Florida. During her 25-year tenure at FCCI Insurance Group, Arlene held the positions of Assistant to the President, Executive Assistant, Compliance Analyst, and Financial Analyst.  Arlene received a Certification in Accounting from Suncoast Technical College in Sarasota, Florida. At Dogwood, she schedules and coordinates board and committee meetings and manage board communications.
