Christina Quetel Is a native of the U.S. Virgin Islands and has been privileged to call Asheville her home since 2018. She graduated from the University of Miami with a BBA focused in Human Resources Management and Legal Studies.

Christina began her Human Resources career with Hyatt Hotels in San Diego in 2007. During her years with Hyatt, she held the roles of Employment Manager, Benefits Manager and Human Resources Manager for a staff of 1,100. in 2014, she returned to the Virgin Islands to assist in managing her family’s business. Most recently, she has been the Benefits and Payroll Administrator at Genova Diagnostics in Asheville. Throughout her experiences, she has honed her passion for benefits and service to her fellow employees.

In her spare time, Christina loves hiking in the mountains with her partner, Joe, and their two dogs, Bailey and Maple. She’s also an avid runner and foster pet parent with Brother Wolf Animal Rescue.
